Successful completion of the second stage of prisoner exchange and reaction from European leaders
The completion of the second stage of prisoner exchange was an important step within the framework of the '1000 for 1000' agreement. So far, 390 Ukrainians have been released, and this exchange has become the sixth this year. Those released include both civilians and servicemen from various military units.
Ukraine will continue to work on the release of citizens held captive in Russia and the implementation of other aspects of the agreement reached during negotiations in Turkey. European leaders expressed concern about Russia's actions and the stagnation of the ceasefire process.
