According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of December 7, 2024, the updated losses of Russian invaders are as follows.
Russia's losses in the war as of December 7, 2024
According to data as of December 7, the Russian Federation has lost in the war against Ukraine:
- personnel - approximately 751910 (+1300) individuals,
- tanks - 9514 (+0) units,
- armored fighting vehicles - 19535 (+17) units,
- artillery systems - 21055 (+12) units,
- MLRS - 1253 (+0) units,
- air defense systems - 1022 (+2) units,
- aircraft - 369 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 329 (+0) units,
- tactical-level UAVs - 20042 (+19),
- cruise missiles - 2857 (+0) units,
- ships /boats - 28 (+0) units,
- submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
- automotive vehicles and fuel trucks - 30948 (+49) units,
- special vehicles - 3633 (+0).
Data is being clarified.
Activity of the occupiers' fleet as of December 7
- One enemy ship without missiles has been registered in the Black Sea.
- No enemy ships are present in the Sea of Azov.
- One enemy ship, which is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles and can launch up to 16 missiles at once, has been registered in the Mediterranean Sea.
In one day, the Russian Federation passed through the Kerch Strait:
- to the Black Sea - five vessels, of which three continued towards the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - four vessels, of which one continued from the Bosporus Strait.
The Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS) by turning off automatic identification system (AIS).
Currently, the 1018th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine is ongoing.
