The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has updated data on the losses of Russian occupiers as of the morning of Thursday, February 20, 2025. This is reported by 'Glavkom' referring to data from the General Staff on social networks.
Russia's losses in the war as of February 20, 2025
As of February 20, the Russian Federation has lost in the war against Ukraine:
- personnel - about 863580 (+1190) people,
- tanks - 10134 (+14) units,
- infantry fighting vehicles - 21112 (+14) units,
- artillery systems - 23410 (+63) units,
- MLRS - 1291 (+3) units,
- anti-aircraft systems - 1078 (+6) units,
- aircraft - 370 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 331 (+0) units,
- operational-tactical UAVs - 26021 (+160),
- cruise missiles - 3064 (+0),
- ships/boats - 28 (+0) units,
- submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 37961 (+136) units,
- special vehicles - 3752 (+0).
Activity of the occupiers' fleet as of February 20
- In the Black Sea, one enemy ship, which is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to four missiles;
- In the Sea of Azov, there are no enemy ships;
- In the Mediterranean Sea, four enemy ships, three of which are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles.
In one day, for the interests of the Russian Federation, the following vessels passed through the Kerch Strait:
- to the Black Sea - seven vessels, four of which continued their movement towards the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - three vessels, none of which moved from the Bosphorus Strait.
The war in Ukraine has been ongoing for the 1093rd day.
