India's Invasion Inevitable: Why Pakistan Put Its Army on Full Combat Alert.

Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has reported that Pakistan has strengthened its military presence at the border and is in a state of heightened combat readiness due to the escalation of conflict with India. This has been triggered by attacks on tourists in Kashmir, resulting in 26 deaths. India accuses Pakistan of supporting militants in the region. Pakistan denies these accusations and calls for an independent investigation. In order to resolve the conflict, joint dialogues and discussions are necessary.
Following the attacks in Kashmir, India and Pakistan have taken reciprocal measures. India suspended the Indus Waters Treaty, while Pakistan closed its airspace to Indian airlines. Pakistan has also reached out to friendly countries and informed the UK and the US about the situation. According to Asif, depriving vulnerable regions of water is an act of war, and the treaty on shared river usage is backed by international guarantors. He called on the international community and the World Bank to protect this agreement.
