The rules of mobilization for relatives who care for the sick have been changed in Ukraine.

The Government of Ukraine has simplified the mobilization procedure for those liable for military service who care for sick relatives. According to the new rules, those liable for military service do not need to prove the absence of other able-bodied family members who could provide care. It is sufficient to simply state this fact in the application. Also, individuals who have disabled parents are exempt from the need to confirm the fact of caring for them. To obtain an act of permanent care, it is no longer necessary to contact territorial recruitment and social support centers. It is enough to submit an application to local government bodies, and the act will be issued within 10 days. In addition, individuals receiving a care allowance do not need to prove the fact of care.
