Prices for cheese, sausage and bacon have risen in Ukraine: how much will it cost for Christmas and New Year.


Prices for hard cheese, sausage and bacon have increased ahead of the New Year celebrations
According to the Minfin portal, prices for hard cheese, boiled sausage, and bacon in Ukraine have risen ahead of the New Year celebrations. The analysis shows that the cost of these products has increased in December compared to November.
The hard cheese 'Zveni Gora Dutch 45%' increased in price from 469.72 to 540.02 UAH per kilogram, which is an increase of 15%. The cheese 'Como traditional 50%' also rose in price - from 447.95 to 494.40 UAH per kilogram.
Prices for boiled sausage have also risen. The sausage 'Alan Doctor's' increased in price from 409.55 to 435.96 UAH per kilogram. 'Auchan Doctor's' and 'Globino Doctor's' also increased in price.
The price for bacon 'Ukrprompostach' rose from 438.58 to 453.10 UAH per kilogram.
Consumers are advised to plan their festive purchases in advance and look for promotional offers in retail chains.
