Ukrainians were named the most in-demand professions in Poland in 2025: what is the salary.


According to the Gremi Personal report, the most promising professions for Ukrainians working in Poland are warehouse jobs. In particular, there will be a high demand for workers dealing with clothing, pharmaceutical, and printing products, as well as those working in food production, especially packaging snacks, semi-finished products, olives, and candies.
The profession of forklift operator is also becoming increasingly popular among women. For this job, you can earn from 4500 to 6000 zlotys per month.
Moreover, it is very advantageous to work in the sales and finance sector for highly qualified specialists. Employers are ready to pay professionals in these fields salaries ranging from 14500 to 16500 zlotys per month.
In general, employers in Poland highly value experienced specialists and are willing to pay them a decent salary.
