The State Emergency Service of Ukraine revealed details of the consequences of the massive attack by the Russian Federation on Kyiv.

According to the spokesman of the State Emergency Service of Kyiv, Pavlo Petrov, Russian forces shelled Kyiv on the night of July 21, attacking various districts of the city. In addition, the Lukianivska metro station was again hit by fire from Russian troops.
According to information from the Kyiv City State Administration, the Lukianivska station is temporarily not accepting passengers, and trains simply pass through it without stopping. Other stations are operating normally, and train services are gradually being restored.
During the attack on the Shevchenkivskyi district, the first floor of a building was on fire, one person was injured, and another was rescued. It was also reported that fires occurred in the Dniprovskyi and Darnytskyi districts, as well as the death of one person in the Sviatoshynskyi district.
According to rescuer Pavlo Petrov, the 'smoke' at the Lukianivska metro station was caused by dust rather than a fire, so the rescuers did not need to save the situation. At the same Time, he noted that people have started to respond more quickly to threats and are seeking shelter.
It is worth reminding that on the same night, powerful explosions were heard in Kyiv as Russian forces attacked the city. Additionally, there were missile and drone attacks on Ivano-Frankivsk.
