Enemy forces attacked the capital of Ukraine
On the night of Tuesday, around 23:00, enemy forces launched a missile strike on Kyiv and its outskirts. According to the Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA), the aggressor used ballistic missiles, there is a suspicion that these could be 'Iskander-M' or KN-23 missiles.
Air defense forces are actively working in the capital and surrounding areas. Preliminary information indicates the successful interception of enemy missiles, although the exact number and type of weapons still need to be confirmed by the Ukrainian Air Force.
No damage or casualties reported
Currently, there have been no reports of damage in Kyiv, and there is also no information about casualties. The head of KCMA, Lieutenant General Serhiy Popko, stated that the operational data is continuing to be updated and clarified.
KCMA urges citizens not to ignore air raid alerts and to immediately take shelter for their own safety.
'Shahids' group approaches Kyiv
Currently, the 'Shahids' group is located on the border of Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, and it is heading towards Kyiv.
