Polish Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski believes that China could convince Russian President Vladimir Putin to end the war in Ukraine. He expressed this opinion at a conference in Warsaw. Sikorski noted that China has the means to influence Moscow and stop Putin's colonial actions. At the same Time, the minister expressed concern about the behavior of countries that support the Russian war and create chaos. Among such countries, he mentioned North Korea, which supplies weapons to Russia, and Iran, which provides technology for drone production.Sikorski also reported that Poland will not send its troops to Ukraine, but will support a possible peacekeeping mission. He emphasized that without Polish assistance, Ukraine would not be able to withstand the war. Sikorski noted that Poland has provided a lot of aid to Ukraine and continues to provide new aid packages. The international community is increasingly focusing on Russia's actions in Ukraine. NATO countries are increasing their defense spending to counter Russian aggression. According to Sikorski, if all NATO member countries spent 3.5% of their GDP on defense, like the U.S., it would amount to over 1.9 trillion dollars, which is 13 times larger than Russia's defense budget. He emphasized that NATO has significant potential and capability to confront Russia.
