Another region of Ukraine has been covered in snow in the middle of spring (photo).


Today, April 8, snow fell in the Chernihiv region, surprising local residents. Relevant photos are circulating on the internet, reports 'Glavkom'.
Forecasters warn of icy conditions on the region's roads. The Chernihiv regional hydrometeorological center also notes that the temperature at night was 0 °C, -5 °C.
The streets, cars, and yards of the Chernihiv region were literally covered in a white blanket.
Forecasters note that from April 13, the air temperature during the day will rise to +12 °C and continue to increase. By April 17, temperatures of +20 °C during the day and +13 °C at night are expected.
It is reminded that on April 6, Odessa and the region witnessed an unusual phenomenon for April - heavy snowfall. Since early morning, the streets of the city and regional highways were covered in a white blanket.
There is also information that winter has returned to Ukraine in April. Many regions, including Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv, and Khmelnytskyi, received snowfall.
As reported, a sharp cold snap has occurred in Ukraine: temperatures have dropped from 19 degrees above zero to negative values. This poses a risk of freezing fruit trees, potatoes, onions, which have already been planted, as well as grain crops. In an interview with 'Glavkom', the head of the agrometeorology department of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, Tetiana Adamenko, explained the reasons for such a sharp cooling and named the most vulnerable crops that may survive or need replanting.
