According to preliminary data, this horrific incident occurred on November 10, when Russian troops opened fire on a woman walking down the street in the village of Terny. The woman died on the spot. The Donetsk regional prosecutor's office has initiated a pre-trial investigation into this murder, which violates the laws and customs of war.
