Russians have designed a system that can control 'swarms' of drones - ISW.

Russian forces control drones using control systems
According to the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Russian forces use ground control systems (GCS) to manage a 'swarm' of drones. The design bureau Hermes, owned by the drone countermeasure systems manufacturer Kaisant, announced the development of a system that allows for the control of an unlimited number of drones using a single remote control.
It is also reported that Russian forces use a drone control system on various frequencies to avoid counteraction from allied Ukrainian electronic warfare (EW) stations.
Preliminary data suggests that the Russian military has created a drone that can attack Ukrainian naval drones. The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) claims that this drone may destroy the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and take control of the Black Sea.
The Russian Ministry of Defense also reported the use of a drone by the Black Sea Fleet to destroy a Ukrainian military maritime drone.
According to Russian military bloggers, the Black Sea Fleet launched missiles from an 'Orion' type drone manufactured by the Russian company 'Kronshtadt' from an unspecified military maritime object.
Russia uses 'Shahed' drones with an increased warhead and metal elements to cause more casualties among the civilian population.
It is also claimed that the Unmanned Systems Forces use long-range drones with a 250-kilogram bomb.
