Russians prepare for offensives in Zaporizhzhia with heavy armored vehicles – South Defense Forces spokesperson.

Russian occupation forces in the Vremivka direction are preparing for an offensive with armored vehicles. Infantry assault groups will attack with fire support, spokesperson for the South Defense Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn, reported to LIGA.net, citing intelligence data.
The speaker noted that the use of armored vehicles to support infantry is planned in the areas of Pryiutne and Levadne in the Zaporizhzhia region. The enemy has already conducted relevant training at one of the ranges in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region. In addition, the invaders are preparing to conduct more active combat operations under the cover of drones and using various anti-thermal imaging cloaks.
In modern warfare, technology is not a panacea. It is quite vulnerable in the environment of modern combat, so its effectiveness is not always guaranteed. Especially in the south, where the line of combat contact essentially runs through the steppe, the equipment is highly visible and easier to target with drones or artillery.
At the same Time, according to Voloshyn, the occupiers continue to use buggies and motorcycles for rapid movement between positions and delivery of personnel and certain types of weapons. This also allows the enemy to maneuver quickly without hitting mines. However, Ukrainian Armed Forces drones effectively counter these.
Let us recall, the enemy launched one missile and 58 air strikes across Ukrainian territory the previous day (employing, among other things, one missile and 68 CAB), utilizing 663 kamikaze drones for strikes. They conducted over 3800 shelling attacks on our troops' positions and settlements.
By the way, KMVA head Popko reported on the consequences and number of UAV strikes on Kyiv in October.
