• hake or pollock - 1 kg;
• onion - 1 pcs;
• bell pepper - 0.5 pcs;
• carrot - 1 pcs;
• ketchup - 3 tbsp;
• water - 100 ml;
• bay leaf - 1 pcs;
• salt, black pepper, dried garlic - to taste;
• ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.

How to cook:

First, clean the fish, cut it into pieces, salt, pepper, and rub it with garlic. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Chop the onion, grate the carrot, and cut the pepper into strips. In a heated skillet, sauté the vegetables in oil until soft.

Add the bay leaf, ketchup, coriander, water, and slightly stew.

Place the pieces of fish on top of the vegetables, cover with a lid, and stew on low heat for 20-25 minutes. Serve the dish hot with sauce and vegetables.
