Ukrainian rapper and producer Potap was spotted in the center of Valencia, Spain. He was seen on the main street in a red tracksuit, holding a poster that read 'Slavic tasting'. According to reports, Potap had recently been in the USA and changed his stage name to Slavic Balagan.
