Poland Suddenly Called on Residents to Stock Up.


The Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration urges the citizens of the republic to stock up for three days of autonomous survival. This is necessary in case of crisis situations. This was reported by
Rynek Zdrowia.
Deputy Minister Wiesław Leszniakiewicz stated that citizens should prepare for at least three days of autonomous survival without assistance from state structures.
According to reports, the survival kit should include a supply of water, medications, hygiene and sanitary means, a stock of food, alternative lighting, charged power banks, and a transistor radio receiver.
Leszniakiewicz emphasized that each person must ensure their own safety and the safety of their loved ones, and civil defense cannot be limited to waiting for help from the state.
Poland also plans to create a crisis guide in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense and the Government Security Center.
According to other reports, by the end of 2025, every Polish family will receive a guide for times of crisis and war, which is being developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, and the Government Security Center.
The guide will contain advice on preparing for power outages, survival for 72 hours in crisis conditions, and evacuation. It will be ready by the end of April and printed in the second half of the year.
Furthermore, the Polish government is working on a model of military training for every adult male in case of war. Military training will be available to all citizens and offered in two options - basic and advanced.
