Pokrovsk will be disconnected from gas supply: date announced.


Currently, gas supply to homes in Pokrovsk will be halted due to shelling by Russian occupiers. The company 'Donetskoblgas' announced the impossibility of restoring gas supply due to damage to gas pipelines and enemy attacks. Customers are warned to close gas taps and shut-off devices in their homes.
Furthermore, due to shelling and the destruction of roads, it is almost impossible to enter the towns of Myrnograd, Chasiv Yar, Toretsk, and Kurakhove. The enemy aims to advance into these populated areas, which are under constant fire. This was stated by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military-Civil Administration Vadim Filashkin.
A mandatory evacuation of children and their parents from 16 settlements in Donetsk region has also been announced. Children will be evacuated to safe regions of the country. This concerns settlements such as Velyka Novosilka, Andriivka, Bahatyr, Vremivka, Zelenyi Kut, Zolota Nyva, Kostiantynivka, Novyi Komar, Novoukrainka, Odradne, Oleksiivka, Petropavlivka, Rozliv, Slovyanka, Ulakly, and Shevchenkove.
In addition, hospitals in Pokrovsk have been evacuated, with only a small stabilizing point with a therapist remaining, where medical assistance can be provided.
