Operation 'Spiderweb'. Russians have declared the truck owner wanted: he is allegedly Ukrainian.


As a result of the attacks on the airfields, Russian law enforcement is searching for 37-year-old Artem Timofeev, who was the owner of the trucks from which the drones launched. According to Telegram channels and the TV channel 'Dozhd', Timofeev had connections with various regions, including Zhytomyr, Kyiv, and Chelyabinsk region.
The man worked at 'ARS Group', where he was engaged in freight transportation. In 2021, he purchased vehicles that were used for attacks on airfields. The drivers of the trucks from which the drones launched claimed that these vehicles were his property.
Special Operation 'Spiderweb' and its consequences
As a result of the 'Spiderweb' special operation, the Ukrainian Security Service damaged 41 planes of the strategic aviation of Russia and carried out an explosion in the North Sea. This operation lasted for more than a year and a half and involved the use of drones at airfields in Russia, which were hidden under the roofs of portable structures.
While the special operation was logistically complex, it caused significant damage to strategic objects of the Russian aviation. Satellite images of these attacks were published on June 1.
