We Choose Pain Points. Zelensky on Sanctions Against Russia.


Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine is preparing to discuss new sanctions against Russia with the USA. He emphasized that Ukraine is choosing a strategy to find painful points for Russia that will be used for diplomatic pressure. Zelensky stressed that the first condition is a ceasefire, and Russia must end the war. The National Security and Defense Council is preparing new decisions and coordinating sanctions with Europe. Ukraine is trying to align its sanctions as closely as possible with all European countries. A summit of the Three Seas Initiative also took place, where the president proposed to make the format more practical. At the end of his address, Zelensky thanked everyone who unwaveringly works for the benefit of Ukraine. It is also worth mentioning that during the Three Seas summit, the president talked about the Ukrainian experience of recovery after military attacks and combating cyberattacks.
