Ministry of Defense announced how many volunteers join the Armed Forces of Ukraine monthly.

Ukrainians are actively joining the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as confirmed by monthly recruitment figures. About 6000 people voluntarily join the country's army, which is a very high result. Authorized representative of the Ministry of Defense for recruitment Oleksiy Bezhevets announced this during the opening of a new recruitment center in Cherkasy.
According to him, recruitment figures are constantly growing, and thanks to the center, everyone can find their place in the army. In addition, to date, more than 17,000 citizens have applied to recruitment centers across Ukraine.
“Recruitment figures for the Defense Forces are growing month by month. On average, 6500 volunteers are recruited across the country each month. It is the people who are the foundation of the Defense Forces, and the center provides an opportunity to join their ranks. Our recruiters are ready to provide consultations and help everyone find their place in the army.”, - he noted.
The new recruitment center in Cherkasy became the 38th in Ukraine and the second in the Cherkasy region. Its opening is part of the Ministry of Defense's program to create an effective network of recruitment centers across the country. The center is located in the building of the Cherkasy City Council, where you can get all the necessary information for joining the army.
It is important to note that recruitment centers not only accept people into the Armed Forces, but also provide an opportunity to join other defense structures, such as the National Guard, the Security Service, and the State Border Guard Service.
All interested individuals can get additional information about recruitment centers on the official website and learn the latest news on Facebook.
Reminder that earlier the Ministry of Defense reported how many women apply to recruitment centers.
