Mass start at the Biathlon World Championship 2025: how the Ukrainians finished.


On the final day of the Biathlon World Championship for men and women, a mass start took place. 30 of the best biathletes were allowed to participate, 15 based on the results of the World Cup and the other 15 based on performances in Lenzerheide.
Results of the women's mass start WC-2025
- 1. Elvira Eberg (Sweden, 1+1+0+0) 40:32.3;
- 2. Ocean Michelon (France, 1+1+1+0) +9.4;
- 3. Maren Kirkede (Norway, 2+0+1+0) +16.5;
- 4. Janie Richard (France, 0+1+2+0) +23.1;
- 5. Milena Todorova (Bulgaria, 1+0+1+0) +24.3;
- 6. Lou Jammon (France, 3+0+0+1) +34.1.
Two Ukrainian women participated in the women's biathlon mass start - Yulia Dzhima and Kristina Dmytrenko. Yulia Dzhima finished in 24th place, and Kristina Dmytrenko - in 29th.

- 2. Sturla Legrade (Norway, 2+0+0+0) +12.4
- 3. Johannes Boe (Norway, 1+1+2+0) +12.7
- 4. Campbell Wright (USA, 1+0+1+0) +31.4
- 5. Martin Ponciluoma (Sweden, 1+0+1+2) +41.9
- 6. Tommaso Giacomel (Italy, 1+2+0+1) +44.6
Two Ukrainians also participated in the men's mass start. Dmytro Pidruchnyi was in the top-15 of the World Cup, and Vitaliy Mandzyn qualified based on personal race results at the WC-2025.
Mandzyn finished 27th, while Pidruchnyi finished 30th.
The 2025 Biathlon World Championship took place in Lenzerheide, Switzerland from February 12 to February 23.
