Krotevich stated that he lost the order after criticizing Syrskiy.

Former chief of staff of the 12th Special Forces Brigade 'Azov' Bogdan Krotevich reported that information about his awarding of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi II degree has disappeared from the website of the Office of the President. He believes that his award was taken away due to his criticism of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskiy. Krotevich stated this in his post on social media.
According to Krotevich, when he was in service with the 'Azov' brigade, the commander nominated him for the award. The President agreed and signed the decree on awarding after four months. However, the day after the decree was issued, his name was removed from it.
Krotevich believes that the president had no right to personally remove him from the decree. He suggests that there are individuals in the Office of the President who can 'correct' the decree without the consent of the head of state.
The essence of this process lies in creating a new text of the decree, signing it, and the ability to exclude or add individuals at will. Krotevich notes that this situation is absurd and demonstrates how important humility and agreement with the words of the head of state are for the system.
Earlier, Krotevich called on the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskiy, to resign due to his ineffective leadership. He is also against a truce and believes that Ukraine should change the structure of the Armed Forces and continue the offensive.
It should be noted that Krotevich was actively involved in military operations and the development of the 'Azov' brigade. He led the headquarters of this brigade in 2021 and was the assistant commander during the defense of Mariupol against Russian aggression. After returning from captivity, he continued to lead the brigade and coordinate actions during the counteroffensive in 2023.
It was previously reported that Krotevich plans to create his private company under the pseudonym Tavr.
