The People's Artist of Ukraine Ivo Bobul spoke about his relationship with the late colleague from Bukovyna, Nazarii Yaremchuk. In an interview with Rostyslav Kalatsynskyi, the artist stated that he respected Yaremchuk as a singer, but their relationship was complicated. Bobul, without revealing details, said that he 'endured everything' and continues to appreciate the talent of the deceased.
«I respected him as a singer, but as a person... We had a 'hello-hello' kind of relationship and nothing more. That's history now...»
«If I were to tell how it was really, it wouldn't be nice on my part. The most important thing is that I endured everything, and I stand here before you», – added Bobul.
Ivo Bobul also noted the high appreciation of Nazarii Yaremchuk's creativity, calling him a talented and popular singer. He emphasized that Yaremchuk had a great repertoire that captivated the audience.
