On the evening of November 23, the governor of the Russian Kursk region, Alexey Smirnov, reported on an attack in Kursk. According to him, two Ukrainian rockets and 27 drones attacked the region.

It should be noted that a missile threat was declared in Kursk that evening. The Russians reported powerful explosions.
Restrictions on the use of Storm Shadow missiles
Earlier, the newspaper The Times reported the lifting of restrictions on the use of British Storm Shadow missiles deep into Russia with the permission of the USA.
It is noted that France and Great Britain also allowed Ukraine to strike deep into Russian territory using their Scalp/Storm Shadow missiles.
Successful operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
The operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region of Russia demonstrated the success of Ukrainian fighters who managed to defeat the numerically superior Russian army.
As a result of the operation, the Russian Federation was forced to redeploy about 50,000 invaders to Kursk from eastern Ukraine and pull back equipment from the north.
Counterattack of the Russian Federation in Kursk
The Russian Federation has already sent 38,000 personnel, including assault brigades from southern Ukraine, to repel the advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kursk.
