For the military - the largest quota: a draw for apartment allocation took place in Vinnytsia.

A new lottery procedure took place in Vinnytsia to determine participants and allocate apartments in the building at 30 Pryvokzalna Street, which is being constructed under the «VMTG Municipal Housing» program. This was reported by the Vinnytsia City Council.
Three participants who wished to receive apartments found out the numbers of their dwellings, including two servicemen and an education sector worker.
Deputy Mayor Andriy Ocheretnyi stated that, according to the quota, the largest number of apartments here can be acquired by our Defenders and Defenderesses, as well as military families, internally displaced persons, and others.
The cost per square meter in this building is one of the lowest in the primary real estate market - 27,900 UAH. Andriy Ocheretnyi emphasized that prices were maintained even amidst the war in Ukraine, and affordable housing prices are a priority for the city authorities. The building is planned to be completed by the end of the current year and is expected to be frame-monolithic, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.
It is reminded that combatants (UBD) and individuals with the same status, as well as their family members, are entitled to state benefits.
Individuals with the status of a combatant need to contact the Pension Fund of Ukraine, regardless of their place of registration, to receive benefits.
