The state failed to reclaim the 'Zamhlai' nature reserve — what is the reason.

In the Chernihiv region, a public court addressed the issue of a land plot within the boundaries of the 'Zamhlai' natural reserve. The court ruling left the land plot in communal ownership, not returning it to the state. This is reported in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.

The prosecution appealed to the court with a request to return the plot of land, measuring 34.8 hectares, which had been transferred to communal ownership. However, the court denied the claim, noting the lack of sufficient evidence regarding the location of the land within the reserve. The prosecution did not present adequate arguments during the court hearing.

The court did not establish that the land plot intersects with the territory of the 'Zamhlai' reserve and rejected the prosecution's claim. Furthermore, a legal process continues in the Kyiv region related to a children's camp, where the prosecution and a religious organization that privatized the buildings are the plaintiffs.
