What a subpoena sent by mail looks like: the head of Ukrposhta told the details.

The head of Ukrposhta, Ihor Smilyansky, said that letters with subpoenas look like ordinary envelopes and do not differ from court documents. They have the form of an ordinary registered letter received under signature.
If the recipient is not found, a message is left, and if the letters are not picked up - they are returned to the sender. This procedure is regulated by law.
After July 16, subpoenas in Ukraine will be sent by regular mail after the expiration of the 60-day period for updating military registration data.
The government has allocated 71 million 820 thousand UAH for the printing of subpoenas to print 900 thousand subpoenas by the end of the year. 300 thousand subpoenas will be printed monthly, and the funds for this will be allocated from the reserve fund of the state budget.
Residents of Kyiv have started receiving subpoenas by mail.
